Why the corrections matter

Believing your learning style limits you, or that your hemisphere determines your aptitude, discourages people from trying things they could do. The evidence points the other way.

What does support brain health is well established and unglamorous: regular physical activity, adequate sleep, treating hearing loss, managing blood pressure, staying socially engaged, and continuing to learn difficult things.
